Acid-based Descaler

ACIDOMAXX 200 is an Acid-based Descaler for mineral waste, milkstone and sedimentation at the automatic cleaning, by circulation (CIP) and at the manual cleaning, in equipment in general at milk industry as milking, chillers and milk cans, as well as in food industry.

ACIDOMAXX 200 is an Acid-based Descaler for mineral waste, milkstone and sedimentation at the automatic cleaning, by circulation (CIP) and at the manual cleaning, in equipment in general at milk industry as milking, chillers and milk cans, as well as in food industry.

1^st Before starting the procedure, Pre-RINSE the equipment with the drain opened, using clean and warm water (35 a 45°C) (95 to 113 °F), until all the milk waste is removed;

2^nd CIRCULATE the solution of ACIDOMAXX 200 from 0,25 to 0,50% (add from 2,5 to 5mL of ACIDOMAXX 200 for each 1L of water), according to intensity of dirt at the equipment.

Temperature of the solution usage: 40 to 45°C (104 to 113 °F). Usage time: 10 minutes;

3^rd Finally, carry out a Post-Rinse of the equipment with the drain opened, until all the acid residues are eliminated.

For a better result at the process:

1^st Carry out the alkaline cleaning using ALCAMAXX 100, as directions;

2^nd Carry out the acid cleaning using ALCAMAXX 200, if necessary, according to directions;

3^rd End the procedure with the sanitization, using CLORAMAXX 300 or PERAMAXX 300, according to directions.

PACKAGE OPENING: Break the seal and turn the cap counterclockwise. For opening use gloves and glasses to for precaution.
